The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, though some side streets contain love hotels, so using the main road is straightforward for security.

Accommodation is a single dormitory room housing approximately 24 capsule-style wooden bunks. Each bed includes a curtain for privacy, a reading light, and a charging socket. The room has no window, so ventilation relies on the air conditioning unit; some mattresses are reported as thin or sunken in the centre, while others are comfortable. Corner or window-side capsules offer slightly more space. There is no locker, and storage is limited to a small shelf beside each bed. The shared kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and slippers are provided. A left-luggage corner is available for items left by previous travellers.

The property does not offer a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. A short walk from the hostel, Haginoyu public bath provides a traditional Japanese bathing experience with coin laundry facilities. The bath costs 650 yen with towel hire, and is popular with locals. For leisure, the Tokyo National Museum and Ueno Park are within a 15-minute walk.
