The immediate surroundings are residential and somewhat isolated; the nearest cluster of restaurants, bars and a small supermarket is a 5-15 minute walk along the beachfront, with more extensive shopping in Alboraya accessible by bus. For those arriving by car, the E-15 and V-21 motorways are close, making central Valencia, the airport and surrounding areas reachable in 15-25 minutes by car. The property is also within easy walking distance of several chiringuitos (beach bars) and the popular Horchateria L'Obrador de Bou.

Each apartment includes a separate living area with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and essential cookware, plus a private bathroom with a bath or shower and free toiletries. Bed configurations vary: two-bedroom units often feature one double and one twin room, while larger apartments may include a sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to 5 people. Air conditioning and heating are provided; some units also include a washing machine and a coffee machine. Apartment condition and decor vary by owner-some are modern and well-maintained, while others are described as dated with basic furnishings and older appliances.
