CASA NOU, Mexico City

The hotel is located in the Condesa district, a safe and vibrant area with numerous dining options, bars, and parks within a 5-minute walk. The Mexico Park is close by for leisurely strolls. Public transport access is excellent: the metro station is just one block away, and Metrobus stops are also nearby, making it easy to reach attractions without a car. Chapultepec Castle and The Angel of Independence are 3 km away, the National Museum of Anthropology is a short ride, and Benito Juarez International Airport is 14 km from the property. The surrounding streets are well-lit and safe for walking at night. However, the hotel's immediate street can be busy with traffic, so rooms facing the street may experience noise.

Casa Nou does not operate its own restaurant, bar, or provide breakfast. Guests can prepare their own meals using the suite's kitchenette, which includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine. However, no cookware, pots, pans, or utensils are provided in the room and must be requested from reception. The surrounding Condesa neighborhood offers a wide array of restaurants, cafés, and bars within a few minutes' walk, including Muelle 51, Restaurante Charrua, Cardamomo Condesa, and many others within 300 metres. For those without a car, the metro and Metrobus make it easy to reach other dining areas.

Casa Nou offers a 24-hour front desk and concierge service, with staff on-site around the clock to assist with check-in, check-out, and requests. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout all areas, though signal quality can be inconsistent at times; signal repeaters are installed on all floors to improve coverage. Luggage storage is provided free of charge before check-in and after check-out, and can be held for up to 24 hours. A safety deposit box is available for valuables, and 24-hour security includes CCTV in common areas and outside the property. The building is wheelchair accessible via the ground floor. Housekeeping is provided, though daily tidying may not occur automatically - fresh towels can be obtained from reception if needed. The property has an elevator, though the hallways use an open metal grid flooring that makes rolling luggage difficult. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site.
