Public transport access is excellent: the metro station is just one block away, and Metrobus stops are also nearby, making it easy to reach attractions without a car. Chapultepec Castle and The Angel of Independence are 3 km away, the National Museum of Anthropology is a short ride, and Benito Juarez International Airport is 14 km from the property. The surrounding streets are well-lit and safe for walking at night. However, the hotel's immediate street can be busy with traffic, so rooms facing the street may experience noise.

Accommodation consists of suites divided into Standard, Junior, Executive, Deluxe, and Superior categories. Standard suites have no windows, creating a dark and poorly ventilated space; Executive and Junior rooms have a window facing an interior lightwell, while Deluxe and Superior rooms have windows facing the street, offering more natural light. Only Superior Rooms have air conditioning; other categories rely on a fan that may be noisy and blow hot air. Beds are king-size or queen-size, but mattress firmness is reported as hard and pillows are also firm. The bathroom includes a bath or shower with free toiletries; water pressure is good with hot water, but shower leaks and drainage issues are common, and some rooms have a persistent sewage smell. Suites feature a separate living area, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, though cookware is not provided unless requested. Noise insulation is poor throughout - corridor noise, lift shaft noise, and conversations from other floors are clearly audible. Road-facing rooms also pick up traffic sounds.
