The Museums of Natural History and the History of Art, the Parliament, City Hall, the Opera, and the Stock Exchange are all reachable on foot within 15 to 20 minutes. Several restaurants, including Iss Mich and Plachutta Wollzeile, are within a 5-minute walk. The area is well served by supermarkets and cafes, making it easy to pick up supplies or a quick meal.

The property offers multiple room categories: Economy Single rooms have a private shower and sink but a shared toilet on the corridor; Standard Single rooms have a fully private bathroom. The Klimt, Mozart, Beethoven, and Schubert rooms are 14-16 m2 and include private bathrooms. The Schönbrunn, Jugendstil, and Belvedere rooms are 28 m2 and can accommodate up to two extra beds at an additional charge. The Sisi room (20 m2) also allows an extra bed. All rooms feature parquet flooring and heating. Some rooms have a small balcony. It is advisable to confirm the exact room size at booking, as some standard rooms are compact. The building is on the 4th floor, accessible by lift.

Breakfast is a continental-style buffet served in the common area. It is not included in the room rate and must be requested the night before at reception. No other dining facilities operate on-site; there is no restaurant, bar, or room service. The surrounding streets offer numerous cafes, bakeries, and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, providing plenty of alternatives for those who prefer a different breakfast or other meals.
