Tram and bus stops are just a minute away, and the metro is a 5-minute walk, making car-free exploration easy. A supermarket is 50 metres from the entrance, and there are numerous restaurants and cafés within a few blocks. Parking is available in a garage a 2-minute drive from the property, but must be reserved in advance.

Rooms come with cable TV, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom with shower. The family-run property offers boutique double rooms that can be set up with twin beds on request. Some rooms are very compact, particularly those on the lower floor, while apartments offer generous living space with separate bedrooms and a kitchenette. The building features high ceilings in many units, and a lift is available. A mobile air conditioning system can be provided on request. The hotel saves over 2 tons of CO2 annually by providing a communal fridge instead of minibars in each room. Some units are available for a third bed at a 25% surcharge, and baby cribs are free.
