Location

2-minute walk to Alserstrasse metro station (U6) with tram lines right outside, providing 10-15 minute access to the city centre.

The apartment is located 2 km from Vienna City Hall, near the Leopold Museum and Natural History Museum. The metro and tramway station are only 2 minutes away, making the centre reachable in 10-15 minutes. For airport transfers, Vienna International Airport is 22 km away; using the metro to Wien Mitte then a direct train is the most reliable option. An ice-skating rink is in the surroundings, and there are many shops, bakeries, and fast-food venues within a 3-minute walk. The neighbourhood is safe with ample restaurants and bars directly opposite the building.

Accommodation

Spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, private terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment features 3 separate bedrooms, 1 living room, and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). It includes a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a dining area. Additional amenities: washing machine, flat-screen TV with cable channels, soundproofing, heating, ironing facilities, and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms have electric blinds that ensure darkness for sleep. The property is new (opened August 2022) but has shown signs of wear; the apartment is internally quiet due to soundproofing and an inner-yard location, though some noise from neighbouring units may occur.

Leisure

Private garden and terrace; nearby outdoor activities include hiking, cycling, and fishing (off-site, some free).

The apartment has a private garden and terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxation. Various leisure activities are available off-site: hiking for free, cycling, fishing, horse riding, tennis, squash, bowling, and more (additional charge for most). A children's playground and kids' outdoor play equipment are on-site. The area also has an ice-skating rink nearby. No on-site spa, pool, or gym.

Amenities

Free WiFi, lift, private check-in/out, luggage storage, family rooms, and no parking.

WiFi is available free in all areas. The building has a lift, express check-in/out, and private check-in/out. Reception services include an invoice provided and key access. Safety features include fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and security alarm. Family rooms and allergy-free rooms are available. Cots can be provided. No pets allowed. No parking on-site, but paid parking is available at the nearby Interspar supermarket. Housekeeping is not daily, and initial supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags) are minimal; guests should plan accordingly.
