The property is located in a quiet residential area around 2 km from Vienna City Hall and 3 km from Volksgarten. The Währinger Straße station right outside the door connects via tram (line 40/41/42) or underground (U6) to key landmarks such as Hofburg (3 km), St. Stephen's Cathedral (5 km), and the main train station. Walking to the city center takes about 30-40 minutes. The immediate area includes several restaurants, cafés such as Volksopern Cafe, Good Morning Vietnam, and Omnom Burger, as well as a supermarket and banks, all within a few minutes' walk. Vienna International Airport is 21 km away; take the S7 train then U6 from Praterstern or a direct airport bus to reach the stop. Note that the building lacks visible signage and can be difficult to locate on Google Maps; follow the check-in instructions provided in advance.

The property offers private rooms (single, double, and triple) with a wardrobe, heating, a hairdryer, and a shared bathroom with a shower. Triple rooms are particularly compact, with very limited floor space; they suit two people comfortably but three will find it difficult to move or open luggage. Road-facing rooms can be noisy, and the upper bunk bed in some triples may wobble. There is no air conditioning, so summer stays can be very hot. Some mattresses are worn and may feel lumpy or produce noise. Towels and bedding are provided but cleanliness of linens can be inconsistent, with occasional reports of stains or damage. All rooms are on the ground floor and accessible by lift.

The property offers a shared kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, and ample utensils, as well as a vending machine and a coffee machine. There is no breakfast service. The kitchen area also includes a dining table and a lounge/TV area. For those who prefer to eat out, a wide range of restaurants-including Volksopern Cafe, Good Morning Vietnam, Tibet Restaurant, and Omnom Burger-are within a 5-minute walk. Note that the shared fridge can smell if not regularly cleaned, and the kitchen closes at around 10 pm, so late cooking may disturb others.

The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or garden. For leisure, the nearby Volksgarten (3 km) and an ice-skating rink in the surroundings provide outdoor activities. The shared lounge/TV area serves as the main indoor relaxation space.
