The neighbourhood is lively and well served by public transport, with metro and bus stops close by, along with supermarkets (Carrefour, Mercadona, Lidl) and many casual restaurants, bars and cafés within a few hundred metres. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 15 km away, accessible by metro or taxi. While the area is vibrant until late, some streets around the building have a rough feel, with reports of unkempt parks and undesirable activity, making it less suitable for families with young children.

The flat sleeps up to three people using a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, washing machine and basic cookware. A flat-screen TV is provided, though the unit may not have working TV reception. The bathroom has a shower with a hairdryer; the shower screen has been reported as broken and likely to be replaced. Overall, the accommodation is basic and better suited to short, budget-conscious stays for one or two travellers who plan to spend most of their time outside.

Guests can prepare their own meals using the kitchenette, which is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, washing machine and basic cookware - though the cleanliness of cookware may require a thorough re-wash before use.
