The hotel sits directly across the street from the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), making it a prime base for anyone attending an exhibition, conference or business event at the centre. Zayed Sports City is a 12-minute walk or a quick cab ride away (1 km). The US Embassy is about 4 minutes by taxi. The area is primarily commercial and quiet, especially at night. A minimarket and a Lulu hypermarket are within walking distance, along with a few coffee shops and fast-food outlets. While the location is not a tourist neighbourhood, the hotel's free shuttle bus connects to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the National Aquarium and Yas Island (Ferrari World, Warner Bros World), largely compensating for the lack of walking-distance attractions. Taxis are consistently available outside the main entrance. For airport access, a taxi is the most practical option (about 80 AED, 25-30 minutes), as public bus route 33 from the main bus station requires a connection from the airport.

Room categories include double rooms (one kingsize bed, up to two adults), twin rooms (two single beds), quadruple rooms (two beds), and family rooms (one double bed plus two single beds, suitable for two adults and two children). All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Standard features include air conditioning, carpeted floors, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, and a trouser press. No rooms have a balcony. Some rooms may feel compact, especially for families of four. Rooms on the back of the hotel overlook an office tower and the pool area, which can bring noise from the pool and less natural light. Recent renovations have been noted on some floors, but other rooms may show signs of wear (older furniture, carpets with stains). Soundproofing is limited: noise from corridors, adjacent rooms and children playing can be heard, especially on lower floors. The air conditioning has been reported as inconsistent in some rooms. A small minibar (empty) is provided. An adapter for charging devices is not supplied in all rooms; sockets are usually Type C or USB, so bringing a travel adapter is advisable.

The hotel's restaurant, Neuvo, serves a buffet breakfast from 06:00 to 10:30 (12:00 on weekends) with a Full English/Irish spread, Arabic, Asian and Indian dishes, pastries, fruits, yogurt, and an omelette station. Breakfast is not included in all rates and can be added at check-in for a reduced pre-booked price (approx. 40 AED) or paid on the day (about 58 AED). For lunch and dinner, Neuvo offers an à la carte menu featuring international cuisine; pizza is a popular item. A halal menu is available, and special diet requests can be accommodated. Live sport events are broadcast in the bar. Several nearby cafés and restaurants (Brick Rooftop Kitchen & Bar, Dino's Bistro Italiano, Mai Cafe, Saffron) are within a short walk, offering additional choice. The restaurant staff are generally described as friendly and efficient. Breakfast variety is considered reasonable, though some note it can be repetitive if staying multiple days.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and open year-round, with a safety fence. Pool hours are 08:00 to 20:00 daily; booking for up to two hours per room may be required when busy. Sun loungers and beach towels are provided. A children's pool is not separate - the main pool is used by both adults and kids, which can make it busy with families. The hot tub/Jacuzzi is also complimentary. The fitness centre is small but free and open 24/7, equipped with cardio machines and weights. A minimarket and a bar/restaurant are adjacent to the pool area, making it convenient for drinks and snacks while lounging. The pool terrace has outdoor furniture and a sun terrace. There is no spa or wellness centre on the property.

WiFi is free throughout the hotel and generally reliable. Parking is free and private, located in three basement levels; it is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved - it is for in-house guests only and cannot be used after checkout. The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-ins (even after midnight) and holds luggage free of charge before check-in or after checkout. A business centre and meeting/banquet facilities (fee applies) are available, as is a fax/photocopying service. Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services are offered for an additional charge. Housekeeping is daily, though some rooms may not be serviced if a 'Do Not Disturb' sign is displayed. The hotel has a lift, soundproof rooms, and designated smoking areas.
