This top-floor apartment includes a living room, three separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers and free toiletries. The well-equipped kitchen has a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker. The unit offers a washing machine, ironing facilities, heating, a flat-screen TV, a sitting area, and a dining table. The property has 4 beds. Some practical points: the property uses fans rather than air conditioning, and bathroom lights operate on a motion sensor. Fixtures and furniture are older in style, and some appliances such as the washing machine and certain fans may have reliability issues. Bed comfort can vary. The balcony offers outdoor space, though routine cleanliness behind furniture has been noted as inconsistent.

Guests can prepare meals using the kitchen's stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and kitchenware. The kitchen setup is practical for self-catering.

The apartment does not feature a pool, spa, gym, or other dedicated wellness or leisure facilities. A cooking class activity can be arranged off-site for an additional charge. For leisure, guests can explore nearby attractions such as Duomo Square or use the balcony for relaxation.
