The hotel is a short 2-minute walk from the Statue of The God Ebisu and close to Atre Ebisu Shopping Mall and the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography. The area offers a high concentration of restaurants, bars, and cafes within a 0.3-0.5 km radius. Ebisu is one station and a few minutes from Shibuya, and easily connects to Shinjuku, Roppongi, and other key areas. The route from the station involves a slight incline, which may be noticeable with heavy luggage, but the walk is manageable. The nearest limousine bus stop for airport transfers is at The Westin Tokyo. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet at night, ideal for resting after a day of exploration.

Single, double, and twin rooms are available. Twin rooms offer two single beds (1000 mm x 2000 mm) and Double rooms have one double bed (1400 mm x 2000 mm). Deluxe Twin rooms are larger but windows in these rooms do not open. All rooms have windows that do not open, but each is equipped with a humidified air purifier. Road-facing rooms may experience more noise, while the hotel itself is generally quiet. Standard rooms are compact and have limited storage space-three hangers on a coat rail and minimal shelving-so packing light and living out of a suitcase is recommended. A trouser press is available upon request. Guests with two large suitcases or who prefer more space should book a Deluxe or larger room.

Breakfast is included in the rate and is a basic, self-service affair. The café (ダカフェ, 1F) is open from 06:30 to 22:00, serving European-influenced dishes in a family-friendly and romantic setting. The café also operates as a coffee shop throughout the day. For those who want a change, the Ebisu neighborhood has numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Breakfast consists of a fixed selection of three types of pre-made sandwiches (toast with tuna, ham, or egg) and a hot drink; upgrading to iced coffee or adding juice costs extra. Breakfast can be taken to the room or eaten on the sunny terrace. The café area is not open for sit-down meals outside the breakfast hours, but it's a convenient spot for a morning coffee.

Check-in and check-out are handled via automated kiosks at the 24-hour front desk. Staff are available but the front desk is often unattended; guests need to press a call button for assistance. Free luggage storage is available before check-in (via coin lockers in the lobby), but no after check-out. A communal microwave is installed on the fourth floor.
