The hotel is within a 15-minute walk from the Disneyland main gate, passing through Downtown Disney. The Anaheim Convention Center is also walking distance. For park access, the Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) shuttle stops less than a minute away, running every 20 minutes for $6 all-day or $4 one-way (purchased via the Token Transit app). Driving to other attractions is practical: the Southern California coast and beaches are 15 minutes away, and Los Angeles is an hour by car. The neighbourhood is safe to walk at night, even with children.

Each room includes a flat-screen TV with cable, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, work desk, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. Family suites offer two queen beds plus a separate bedroom with a double or a third bed, comfortably sleeping 5-6. Rooms are basic, clean, and functional. Some units near the road may experience traffic noise indoors, especially with the fan from the air conditioner; requesting a quieter room away from the street is recommended. The air conditioner can cause curtains to blow, so a weighted item is useful. Walls can be thin, so quiet is not guaranteed everywhere. No balconies are available; select street-facing King or Queen rooms offer views of the Disneyland fireworks.

Breakfast is a make-your-own waffle station plus scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juices, and coffee. It is a practical, filling start for early park visits. The breakfast area is the lobby itself, which has only four indoor tables; most guests use the pleasant outdoor patio tables near the pool and garden. The property does not have its own restaurant. Within a 0.5 km walk are Taco Mi Pueblo, Gandhi Palace, Marri's Pizza, and other casual dining options.

The outdoor pool is heated and open 365 days a year, from 10:00 to 22:00. The adjacent hot tub is available for a relaxing soak after park visits, but it may occasionally be closed for maintenance. The grounds feature a well-kept garden with outdoor furniture, rose bushes, a picnic area, and a dedicated children's playground with outdoor play equipment. There is no spa or fitness centre.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is reliable for basic use. Parking is free and ample for one vehicle per room; additional vehicles are $10/night if space allows. You may park early before check-in (subject to availability) and keep your car until midnight after checkout. The 24-hour front desk can store luggage before check-in or after checkout.
