Located in Otay Mesa, 10 minutes from CBX and walking distance to the Tijuana border. Freeway-adjacent with free parking.
The hotel is situated in an industrial area right off the freeway, 14 km from Las Americas Premium Outlets and 34 km from San Diego Convention Center. It is within walking distance to the Tijuana border and a short drive from Brown Field. Nearby conveniences include a gas station, convenience store, and multiple fast-food restaurants (IHOP, AutoZone). The immediate area has truck traffic and abandoned vehicles on side streets, but the location is practical for border crossings, CBX travel, and overnight stops. Parking is free and plentiful.

Accommodation

Suites offer air conditioning, work desk, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, and tea/coffee maker. Select rooms include a spa bath.
Room types include double rooms, family rooms, and suites. Family rooms can accommodate up to 5 guests with a pullout sofa. All rooms have a seating area, cable TV with free movie channels, and free Wi-Fi. Some suites feature a private spa bath. Rooms are spacious but the decor is dated; furniture and carpet condition vary between units. Ground-floor rooms may have a mold smell. Air conditioning is available but effectiveness can differ. Noise from the freeway is minimal overall. Beds are generally firm and comfortable.

A free continental breakfast is served daily (6am-9am) with waffles, toast, boiled eggs, and cereal. No on-site restaurant.

For a more substantial meal, several fast-food restaurants and IHOP are within walking distance. There is no restaurant or bar on the property, so evening dining requires a short drive or walk.
