Ottaviano Metro Station is a short stroll away, offering direct access to Rome's historic centre and Termini Station. Bus stops are at the doorstep, and the neighbourhood is well served by supermarkets, pharmacies and many restaurants. The area is considered safe and clean, ideal for families walking back after dinner. Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports are each about 17-18 km away, reachable via the paid shuttle service.

The property offers double rooms with one bed and garden views, quadruple rooms with three beds and city views, and family rooms with a balcony. All rooms include a private bathroom inside the unit (some family rooms may have an external private bathroom used by only that room), a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a minibar, a wardrobe and an electric kettle. Work desks are available on request. Parquet floors and heating complement the air conditioning. Rooms are described as spacious, clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good shower pressure. The building has a lift servicing the 3rd floor.
