The area is well served by street food, cafes, and local shops. No parking is available, so walking, public transport, or taxis are the best options for getting around.

Private rooms are available with either a private or shared bathroom; some are located in a separate boutique building across the road, which tends to be quieter and offers more spacious bathrooms with good water pressure. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player, refrigerator, and free toiletries. Dormitories feature bunk beds with individual reading lamps, power sockets, and large lockers (free locks provided); note that dorm beds lack curtains for privacy. Some rooms have no window or limited natural light, and sound insulation between rooms can be thin, with possible street noise. Upper-floor rooms are only accessible by stairs. Extra beds can be added to private rooms for 500 THB per night. Air conditioning is standard, but some units have been reported to cool minimally.

Breakfast is available for an additional 150 THB and is served from 07:00 to 10:30 daily. The café also offers pastries, sandwiches, and drinks throughout the day. Halal and vegetarian options are available. Guests receive a 10% discount on café purchases.
