The hotel sits on rue Vavin, a quiet street lined with cafés and restaurants, all within a 5-minute walk. Luxembourg Gardens is a short stroll away, offering a large green space for walking or relaxing. Vavin Metro station (line 4) is right at the corner, giving direct access to Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Marais, and Montparnasse. RER B at Port-Royal station is a 10-minute walk, providing a direct connection to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The area is well served by buses and taxis, and many central Paris attractions are reachable on foot. Sunday mornings feature a street antiques market just outside, leading up to the Luxembourg Gardens.

Rooms are individually decorated and vary in size; many are compact, which is typical for the city centre. Some superior double rooms include a stone feature wall and an Italian marble bathroom with a bathtub, bathrobes, and free toiletries. All rooms have a minibar, a kettle, a wardrobe, a direct-dial telephone, and soundproofed walls. The twin room has two beds. The superior double can accommodate an extra bed for a child at no extra charge. Bed sizes in the superior double are 160/190 cm or 90/190 cm. Not all rooms have Italian marble bathrooms; a few do not include bathrobes. The rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh towels are provided. The small lift may be tight for larger luggage.

Breakfast consists of bread, pastries, butter, jam, yogurt, fruit, juice, and hot drinks. A gluten-free bread option is available on request. Breakfast is served in the underground hall with an arched stone ceiling, or can be brought to the room. The surrounding area has many cafés, bakeries, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk, including crêperies and bistros on rue Vavin. There is no on-site restaurant or bar.

The 24-hour front desk handles late arrivals and express check-in/out. Luggage storage is free and useful for early arrivals or late departures. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. A business centre with free fax/photocopying is available. Laundry service is available for an additional charge. An iron and ironing board can be borrowed. The hotel can arrange a paid shuttle service (airport transfer from Orly costs 35-45 EUR). There is no spa, swimming pool, or restaurant on site. Pets are allowed at no extra charge.
