SWEETT - MAISON WAGRAM, Paris

The apartment sits on Avenue de Wagram, a prime central address. The Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées are within a short walk, with the Eiffel Tower 3 km away. Metro lines 1 and 6 (stations 100-200 m away) provide direct access to the Louvre, Tuileries, and Palais des Congrès (1 km). The area is safe at all hours, and several restaurants, cafés, a Decathlon, and an ice-skating rink are within the immediate neighbourhood. For airport transfers, the metro and Roissybus stops are convenient; the tram stop on line A is also nearby.

Units are clean and decorated in a modern Parisian style. Each apartment includes a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, slippers, and a hairdryer. Kitchens come with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea/coffee maker, dishwasher (in many), and washing machine. Living areas have a flat-screen TV, dining table, and seating. Beds and linens are consistently described as comfortable. Some lower-level units receive limited natural light and may feel darker, while upper-level apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows are bright. Noise levels vary: rooms facing the main boulevard may pick up traffic sounds, and early-morning deliveries from a nearby Decathlon can be heard in some units. The lift serves most floors, but a few apartments require climbing one additional narrow flight of stairs after exiting the lift.

Each apartment has a well-stocked kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for preparing meals. The immediate neighbourhood offers a wide choice of dining: Chez Gabrielle, Cesar Restaurant, Le P'tit Wagram, Restaurant Ashiana, Makassar Lounge & Restaurant, Okame, and Del Papa are all within a 5-minute walk. For a quick breakfast or coffee, several cafés line the street. No breakfast is provided in the room or on site, but the metro and nearby bakeries make picking up supplies easy.

The property does not include a wellness or fitness centre. Some apartments feature a private balcony or terrace. The surrounding 8th arrondissement offers the ice-skating rink within walking distance. For typical leisure, guests use the central location to explore Parisian landmarks, parks, and shopping streets on foot or via the metro.

All apartments have free WiFi and air conditioning (some units use portable fans). A lift serves many floors, though a few units involve a short staircase. Luggage storage is free and can be arranged with the team. Check-in and check-out are entirely online via a smart lock system, with a lobby team available during office hours. Communication is primarily through the Sweett app and WhatsApp; response times vary. Daily housekeeping is offered for an additional fee. No parking is available on site. The building is secure with keyless entry. The property does not accept pets. Payment is by Visa or MasterCard.
