RELAXING, COMFORTABLE, PRIVATE BEDROOM, Atlanta

The property is situated in South Atlanta, approximately 6 km from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia State Stadium, and within 7 km of State Farm Arena and the College Football Hall of Fame. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is 11 km away. A bus stop is directly across the street, providing easy access to public transport. While the area offers convenience to downtown attractions like Centennial Olympic Park and Georgia Aquarium, some may find the neighborhood less familiar; free on-site parking makes car use straightforward for those who prefer to drive.

All rooms now have queen beds - no twin beds are available. Room types include doubles with shared bathrooms and a Queen Deluxe room with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The shared bathroom rooms include free toiletries, showers, and hairdryers. The separate studio offers its own private bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a kitchen with fridge, microwave, and toaster. All units have air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms include a washing machine and a work desk. Thin walls and creaky beds have been noted as potential issues, and rooms can become warm if the air conditioning is not fully effective. The upstairs suite offers more privacy but may feel hotter in warm weather.

Dining at the property is self-catering via the shared kitchen, which is equipped with cookware, utensils, a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. There is no breakfast service, restaurant, or bar on site. Guests planning to cook should bring preferred staples, as supplies are limited and shared kitchen cleanliness can vary. The Queen Deluxe room includes a private kitchenette for more independent meal preparation. Several restaurants are within a short drive or bus ride for those who prefer to eat out.

Wellness and leisure facilities are limited to an outdoor seating area with garden furniture. There is no pool, spa, sauna, or fitness center on site. The shared lounge with a TV area offers casual relaxation. The property's location provides easy access to downtown Atlanta attractions like Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Free private parking is provided on site without reservation. Additional services include self check-in, private check-in/out, and a shared lounge with a TV. Laundry is offered free of charge but may have usage restrictions depending on length of stay - availability should be confirmed upon arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. The property is secured with smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key access.
