Each suite is a self-contained apartment with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, but no stove or oven - a shared kitchen with a stove is available on the main floor. The kitchenette does not come with dishes, cutlery, or cookware, so bring your own if planning to prepare meals. Suites have double beds suitable for one adult each, though two adults sharing one bed will find it snug. Bring your own food and cookware to take full advantage of the suite's fridge and microwave. Breakfast is not offered, so plan accordingly.

Leisure options are limited to the on-site games room, which features billiards, table tennis, and a movie lounge with a large TV. There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. The campus grounds are pleasant for a walk, and the quiet location is suitable for relaxing without formal wellness facilities.
