Bus route from station Condorcet provides a scenic ride to the Eiffel Tower. Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur are within a 15-20 minute walk, and many shops, cafés, and restaurants are nearby. The area is considered safe and central, with most major attractions reachable on foot or by a short metro ride.

Room sizes vary, with some reported as spacious by Paris standards and others described as compact. Bedding includes large beds in single rooms and comfortable mattresses, though bed linens and room decor have been noted as occasionally needing renewal. All rooms are carpeted and equipped with heating, but no air conditioning - opening windows provides ventilation but may let in street noise on lower floors. Rooms on higher or rear courtyard-facing floors tend to be quieter. Triple rooms have three single beds and can only accommodate up to three guests. Some rooms feature a balcony, available upon request.

The buffet includes baguettes, pastries, cereals, yogurt, cheese, cold meats, jam, butter, honey, orange juice, and a choice of hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate). Gluten-free bread and rice crackers are available on request. Breakfast can be arranged as a takeaway for early departures. Room service is possible if booked one day in advance. The hotel bar (Lino's Bar) serves wine, beer, spirits, and hot/soft drinks until 01:00.

Leisure amenities are limited to the on-site bar and a shared lounge/TV area. The surrounding neighbourhood offers numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops, and Montmartre, the Sacré-Cœur, and the Grands Boulevards are all within walking distance.
