RESIDENCE INN ARLINGTON CAPITAL VIEW, Arlington

Situated in a quiet business district near Crystal City, the hotel is less than 10 minutes from downtown Washington D.C. and within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the Crystal City Metro station, providing direct access to the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, and Old Town Alexandria. For early morning flights, the shuttle begins service at 5:00 am; those needing earlier transport should arrange a ride-sharing service. The surrounding area is safe, well-kept, and populated mainly by other hotels and corporate offices, with limited dining options directly adjacent but a short walk to several well-reviewed spots.

Every morning, a free hot breakfast is served with options such as scrambled eggs and sausage, along with bread, pastries, coffee, and juice. The breakfast is described as satisfying and filling, though some find the variety limited and the use of disposable plates and cutlery less appealing. Coffee is only available during breakfast hours. An evening social hour runs on weeknights, and complimentary grocery delivery allows guests to prepare their own meals in the fully equipped kitchens. Within a short walk, several restaurants and a grocery store offer additional dining choices, and the adjacent Renaissance Hotel has an Italian restaurant open until 10 pm.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to both Ronald Reagan National Airport and the Crystal City Metro station, running every 30 minutes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Additional services include a 24-hour front desk, express check-in/out, luggage storage, and a concierge. A business centre and meeting/banquet facilities are available at no extra cost. Private on-site parking costs $54 per day and does not require a reservation, but the garage is shared with the Renaissance Hotel and can be tight for larger vehicles. The property is accessible for disabled guests and has a lift, though a few instances of elevator downtime have been noted. The minimarket on-site sells snacks and drinks.
