For those without a car, getting to FSU or downtown without a personal vehicle will be challenging due to limited public transit options and the absence of a hotel shuttle.

The fitness centre is open 24 hours and offers free use of equipment. There is no spa, sauna, or wellness centre. Neither the pool nor gym is large, but they serve as functional facilities for a quick workout or a swim during the stay.

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and is free of charge. Free public parking is available on site without a reservation. The hotel is a 3-story building with a lift and is wheelchair accessible, with features such as Braille and tactile signage, auditory guidance, emergency cords in bathrooms, lower sinks, raised toilets, grab rails, and wheelchair-accessible rooms. The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in, check-out, and general requests. A business centre and fax/photocopying services are available. Laundry facilities (self-service) are on-site for an additional charge. Pets are allowed with a $100 nonrefundable fee per pet. The hotel is entirely non-smoking, and 24-hour security with CCTV and key-card access is in place. There is no airport shuttle or EV charging. Some staff members (named Marc, Shanika, Wes, Eddie, Marshetta, Angela, and others) are frequently noted for going above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the general manager is both visible and responsive to feedback.
