Driving is impractical: the pedestrianised area is difficult to access by car, and parking is farther away (public garages a short walk). The key-collection office in Prague 5 requires either a taxi or public transport (tram/bus) from the station or airport. For airport arrivals, booking the property's paid transfer avoids the separate key-pickup journey.

The apartments are genuinely large - ideal for families or groups - but the furniture and decor are basic and often older than shown in marketing photos. Some units are clean and well-serviced; others show wear: stained sofas, broken appliances, dusty lamps, or damaged shower fittings. Bedrooms may have two single beds pushed together rather than a true double. A terrace or balcony features in several apartments, offering skyline and castle views. Heating is effective, but there is no air conditioning, so summer stays can be uncomfortable; the few fans provided may not cool adequately. Street-facing rooms endure heavy night-time noise from tourist crowds; interior rooms facing the courtyard are noticeably quieter. Windows in older units lack modern soundproofing.

The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, cookware, utensils, flat-screen TV, and dining table. Guests can prepare their own meals. The immediate area is dense with eating options: restaurants such as Fat Cat Pub & Brewery, U Modré Kachničky II, Restaurace Mlejnice, and George Prime Steak are all within a 0.3-km walk, covering Czech, international, and fine-dining choices. For breakfast or lighter meals, the streets around Karlova offer cafés and bakeries. Because breakfast is not served on-site, staying in an apartment with a full kitchen is convenient for families or anyone wanting flexible meal times.

Check-in is at a separate office in Prague 5, about 3 km away; the property offers a paid airport transfer that can also include assistance with key collection. Housekeeping varies: fresh towels are provided but daily cleaning is not standard; some arrivals have dealt with dirty carpets, stained sofas, or dusty surfaces.
