Despite the central position, the street is quiet at night, and soundproof windows help maintain tranquillity.

Apartments range from studios to two-bedroom units, each with a private bathroom (shower or bath). All include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, tea/coffee maker, and ironing facilities. Some apartments have a balcony - the only one confirmed with a private balcony is the Apartment with Balcony (2nd floor, no lift). Superior apartments do not have a balcony. The two-bedroom apartments feature soundproof walls and a washing machine. Beds are comfortable and the closets offer plenty of storage. A cot is available on request.

The apartments are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kettle, making self-catering easy. A supermarket is around the corner for groceries.
