TREVI PALACE HOTEL, Rome

Cavour Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away, and Termini Train Station is one metro stop from the property, offering direct rail links across the city and to the airport. Multiple bus lines (64, 40, H, 170) stop close by on Via Nazionale, making car-free exploration easy. The area is safe and walkable, with the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps all reachable on foot within about 15 minutes. Many restaurants, cafés, and a gelateria are within a 5-minute walk. Traffic can be busy on Via Nazionale, but the hotel itself sits on a quieter street. The location is particularly convenient for sightseers wanting to minimise transit time.

Breakfast costs 15 EUR per person and is served buffet-style in the dining room from 07:30 until 10:00. Options include fresh pastries, fruit, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot drinks. Cooked-to-order eggs (omelettes, scrambled) are available, as well as fresh-squeezed orange juice. Gluten-free products can be provided on request. The breakfast is considered good and sufficient by most, though some would prefer a wider hot selection. The hotel has no restaurant, bar, or room service for evening meals, but numerous restaurants, cafés, and a snack bar are within a 2-minute walk. A coffee house on site offers coffee and snacks during the day. Guests needing an early breakfast for early sightseeing should note the 07:30 start time.

The property's wellness and leisure offering is limited to its convenient location for exploring Rome's historic attractions. There is no spa, swimming pool, sauna, gym, or games room on site. For leisure, the hotel can arrange bike tours for an extra charge and staff are happy to recommend nearby parks or walking routes. The rooftop or common spaces are not available for guest relaxation beyond the shared lounge/TV area. Guests seeking significant wellness or pool facilities should look for larger hotel options, as this property is designed for city explorers prioritising location and comfortable rooms.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, though connectivity can be inconsistent in some rooms. Reception is staffed from 07:30 to 20:00 only; outside these hours, self-check-in instructions are provided, but no staff are on site for assistance. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged, and the hotel also offers car hire. Daily housekeeping is free, and laundry service is available at a nearby shop (08:00-21:00). Safety features include CCTV, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, key-card lift access, and a safety deposit box in the room. Pets are not allowed. The lift is available, though the entrance has 2-3 steps. The hotel can provide baby cots on request. Private check-in/check-out is available. Overall, the services are practical for short city breaks but limited outside daytime hours.
