RESIDENZA D'EPOCA GALLERIA DELL'ACCADEMIA, Florence

Situated in the historic heart of Florence, this property places the Accademia Gallery and San Marco Church within immediate walking distance, and Piazza del Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery are also reachable on foot in minutes. Florence airport is 9 km away, and the train station is a 20-minute walk or a short bus ride. The bustling Piazza San Marco, with its tram stop and several cafés and restaurants, is right outside, offering direct public transport access for car-free sightseeing.

The property offers double, triple, and quadruple rooms. Each room has a private bathroom, though certain room types, such as the Masaccio and some quadruple rooms, have the bathroom located externally - typically downstairs. Rooms include air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and a private entrance. Some quadruple rooms add a spa bath or hot tub. Rooms with internal bathrooms tend to feel more convenient and lend themselves better to longer stays, while those with external bathrooms are best reserved for short overnight visits where the extra steps are not a concern.

The property does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. However, the location on Piazza San Marco places numerous cafés and pizzerias within a three-minute walk, including Ristorante Accademia, Pizzeria e Focacceria Itaco, and Caffè del Verone, providing ample everyday dining options for guests who prefer to eat out.

There is no dedicated spa, pool, or wellness centre at this property. For leisure, the key offering is the in-room spa bath and hot tub available in certain quadruple rooms, providing a private relaxation option after a day of city exploration.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Public parking is located nearby at €26 per day with no reservation needed. There is no luggage storage on site, though an external deposit can be used for a fee. A baby cot is available free on request. Accepted payment methods include major cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The property uses a remote self check-in system requiring a mobile phone to access the building.
