SETA SPACIOUS APARTMENT NEXT TO THE DUOMO, Florence

The apartment sits in the historic heart of Florence, 2 minutes from the Duomo and within a 10-15 minute walk of all major sights including Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. The train station is 5 minutes away, giving direct access to airport shuttle services and regional connections. For car travellers, the property is inside Florence's Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL); a private garage within a 3-minute walk is available on request. A large supermarket is just around the corner.

The apartment provides 3 separate bedrooms (configured as double beds - not splittable into twins), 2 private bathrooms with a hairdryer and heated towel racks, and a separate living room. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, toaster oven, kettle, and coffee maker. Air conditioning and heating are available. The unit overlooks an internal courtyard and red rooftops, not the street, making it surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy tourist thoroughfare. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with 44 steps to climb and no lift.

The area directly around the Duomo offers a wide range of dining choices, from pizza and trattorias to cafés and international franchises, all within a 200-metre radius. The apartment's full kitchen - with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, toaster oven, coffee maker and kettle - makes it easy to prepare meals with groceries from the supermarket on the corner. No breakfast or restaurant service is provided on site.

The apartment does not include a pool, spa, gym, or other leisure amenities. Its location directly next to the Duomo places all of Florence's major museums, galleries and historic landmarks within easy walking distance, making the city itself the primary leisure offering.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment. Check-in is a self-service process using a key code on the main door and a lockbox for the apartment key, with clear video instructions provided. There is no front desk, but the owner communicates promptly by message. Luggage storage is available at a nearby shop a 2-minute walk away. A shared washing machine and dryer are free to use on the first floor of the building. No parking is on site, but a private garage can be arranged. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
