The property sits on a quiet side street yet is steps from Rome's most iconic landmarks. Trevi Fountain is a 5-minute walk, and the Spanish Steps are reachable within 10 minutes on foot. Barberini Metro station is less than 300 metres away, connecting to Termini Station in two stops (or a 20-minute walk). Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops line the surrounding streets, making it easy to dine out or grab a quick bite. The area is safe and well-lit at night, with a taxi stand nearby for longer journeys. Parking is available at a public garage 200 metres away (€23 per day, off-site, no reservation).

All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Each room has a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar/fridge, electric kettle, safe, and soundproof windows. Air conditioning is individually controlled via remote. Family rooms offer three beds and a private entrance. Rooms vary in size - some are spacious with high ceilings, while others feel compact but functional. No rooms have a balcony. The building is older, and some rooms show signs of wear, but cleanliness is maintained with daily towel changes and every-three-day sheet changes.

Breakfast is a buffet with bread, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fresh coffee, and hot drinks. It is served in a dedicated room on the second floor. The breakfast area also functions as a dining hall on that floor. Options are good for a simple start but not extensive. The surrounding neighbourhood offers many restaurants and cafés within a 5-minute walk, including Italian, cocktail bars, and gelaterias. No other meal services are provided on-site.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Luggage storage is available at the reception from 08:00 to 21:00, allowing early arrivals or late departures to explore the city. The property offers a paid airport shuttle service (€50 for 2 passengers with luggage; must be requested at least 48 hours in advance). Express check-in and check-out are possible, and a tour desk can provide maps and advice. An iron can be provided on request. No lift is available; the building has stairs up to the third floor.
