The Duomo is also 10 minutes on foot, while Fortezza Da Basso exhibition centre is 500 metres from the property. Many major sights, including the Mercato Centrale and the historic centre, are within a comfortable walking distance of 10-15 minutes. The immediate area has a supermarket, bar, and several restaurants within 300 metres.

Each room is individually furnished with warm colours, parquet flooring, and wooden furniture. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free Wi-Fi.
