The property is on the far side of the Adige river, close to the smaller Roman theatre, Giardino Giusti and Ponte Pietra (300 m). Most major sights - including the Verona Arena (1 km) - are within a 10-to-15-minute walk across two bridges. The neighbourhood is quiet yet central, with cafés, bars and a minimarket within 300 metres. The funicular to Castel San Pietro is a 5-minute walk. Vescovo train station is about 20 minutes closer on foot than Porta Nuova. A bus stop nearby provides an alternative to walking.

Each room is individually decorated with bright colours and matching fabrics. All have a private bathroom with bath, bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. Some rooms include a spa bath.
