Public transport and ride-share options are readily available. Numerous restaurants and shops are within a three-minute walk. There is no on-site parking; garages and lots are nearby.

All apartments feature air conditioning (portable units in some rooms), private bathroom with bath and shower, and a kitchen with stovetop, oven, refrigerator, cookware, and tea/coffee maker. Rooms range from studio to two-bedroom suites, with options for city, sea, or inner courtyard views. 2-bedroom suites have interior views only. Some units include an in-unit washer/dryer; common laundry facilities are also available on three floors. Rooms facing the street may experience noise from traffic and market activity. The building's elevator is historic and may operate slowly. All rooms are non-smoking.
