Restart Accommodations Rome places you just 3 minutes on foot from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, with the Colosseo Metro station a 5-minute walk away. You are one metro stop from Rome Termini station and a short walk from bus and hop-on-hop-off stops, making access to the Vatican and other sights straightforward. The area is lively yet residential, packed with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets (including a 24-hour Carrefour Express), and shops, all within a 2-minute radius. Taxi stands are also nearby. The quiet street conditions in some apartments ensure a restful sleep despite the central location.

There is no restaurant within the property, but every apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and dining table for 6, allowing guests to prepare meals. A welcome bottle of red wine is placed in the apartment on arrival. The surrounding streets are filled with restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés just 1-2 minutes' walk away, many open until midnight. Several grocery stores, including a 24-hour Carrefour Express, are within a 3-minute walk for self-catering supplies.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool, or gym. However, private terraces, patios, and gardens in many apartments provide outdoor relaxation space. Some apartments feature a chromotherapy shower. In-room entertainment includes Smart TVs with streaming services. Board games and puzzles are available for family leisure. Strollers and baby pushchairs can also be provided.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout all apartments. An airport shuttle can be arranged for an additional fee (€60-€90 depending on group size and time of day, and a 24-hour service is available). Free luggage storage is offered near the Colosseum, which also provides a 20% discount on laundry services. A welcome meet-and-greet service includes key handover and orientation. Private check-in/check-out and an invoice service are provided. Security features include CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, key access, a free safety deposit box, and designated smoking areas. Pets are allowed on request (charges may apply).
