Back Bay Station is a 5-minute walk away, providing direct rail access to the city and airport routes. Major sights such as Boston Public Garden, Prudential Tower, and the Newbury Street shopping district are within a 15-20 minute walk. Logan Airport is 7 km away. For those driving, street parking is limited to 2 hours, and the recommended off-site garage is at 100 Clarendon Street. Bicycle parking is available for free.

Cosmica, the hotel's restaurant, serves Mexican cuisine for brunch (Sat-Sun 10:30), lunch, and dinner. Opening times are 17:00-23:00 Mon-Thu, 17:00-00:00 Fri, and 10:30-00:00 Sat, 10:30-23:00 Sun.
