The apartments are set in the real heart of Seville, with the Cathedral, La Giralda and the Royal Alcázar all within a 5-minute walk. Triana Bridge is 9 minutes away on foot, and Plaza de España is a 20-minute walk through Maria Luisa Park. The area is packed with tapas bars, restaurants and shops, and a Carrefour Express supermarket is right next to the building. Public transport stops are nearby, and most tourist attractions are reachable on foot. Despite being in a lively, central area, the apartments are noted for being quiet, especially those on higher floors.

The apartments offer generous living spaces - 1 living room, 2 or 3 separate bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower and free toiletries, and a washing machine is included. The kitchenette is well fitted with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and cookware. Air conditioning, heating and a flat-screen TV are standard. Beds are consistently described as very comfortable, and the apartments are kept clean and well maintained. Some units have a balcony or a terrace with city views, and a sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping space.
