The area is served by local bus routes and is within walking distance of the Courthouse (Tribunale) for business travellers. Several restaurants and cafés are within 300 metres, providing dining options nearby. Guest rooms are individually set up in a modern style with a private bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Amenities include free WiFi, air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, hypoallergenic bedding, a tea and coffee maker, and a wardrobe. The rooms overlook a quiet street, and the soundproofing helps minimise noise from outside. Some configurations have the shower and washbasin in the same room as the bed and a separate toilet - confirm the exact layout before booking. Rooms are described as clean and comfortable, though basic and compact; they suit travellers prioritising location, cleanliness, and essential comfort over expansive space.

The property provides a basic breakfast of coffee, tea, and packaged pastries or snacks. There is no refrigerator for milk or fresh items, and the breakfast is best suited for a quick start rather than a substantial meal. Several cafés and restaurants are within a 300-metre walk, including Macchiato Caffe, Tulait, and Osteria Bibi E Romeo, offering fuller dining options.

Wellness and leisure facilities are not available on site. The nearby ice-skating rink provides a local leisure option. For other activities, the central location near the Vatican and metro offers easy access to Rome's cultural and sightseeing attractions.
