All rooms are compact and consistently sized, with parquet floors and a functional layout: a comfortable bed, a small desk and chair, and a wardrobe with hangers. Storage space is limited, with no drawers or shelves, and a metal hanging rail with a few hangers replaces a full wardrobe. The private bathroom includes a shower, a hair dryer, and basic toiletries; towels are provided but are on the thinner side. No balcony, kettle, minibar, safe, or tea/coffee facilities are provided in the room. The air conditioning can be adjusted, but during the cooler season the system may be switched to heating only, and in summer the minimum set temperature is 22°C. Soundproofing between rooms and from the corridor is minimal, so footsteps, voices, and door slams are audible. Rooms facing the street or the cafe downstairs can be noisier, making a higher-floor interior room a better choice for light sleepers.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, cheese, ham, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, coffee, and juice. It is served in a dedicated breakfast area on the ground floor. The hotel does not have a full restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the on-site bar and snack bar offer a limited menu of drinks, coffee, and light snacks 24 hours a day.
