RIONE MONTI STUDIO APT WITH PRIVATE GARDEN, Rome

This studio sits in one of Rome's most characterful neighbourhoods, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars within a 2-minute walk. The Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill are all within 1 km, and Santa Maria Maggiore and Piazza Venezia are under 1 km. Cavour Metro station is 100 metres away, and Colosseo Metro is 600 metres, making it easy to reach Termini station or other parts of the city. Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km away. The area is lively yet quiet in the evenings, and most major sights are reachable on foot in 10-20 minutes. For airport connections, the paid shuttle or the Metro to Termini are the most convenient options.

The studio features a comfortable queen bed (not convertible to twins), a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries, and a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea and coffee maker. The air conditioning works effectively, and the space includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a private entrance. The private garden or terrace offers a quiet outdoor spot for breakfast or relaxing. The studio is noted for being clean, cosy, and well-arranged, though it is a ground-floor unit so natural light is limited - good artificial lighting compensates. The property is very quiet at night despite the central location.

The fully equipped kitchenette provides a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and tea and coffee maker, ideal for preparing meals. Grocery deliveries can also be arranged for an additional charge. The surrounding Monti district is packed with eateries: Trattoria il Tettarello, Grazie a Dio e Venerdi, Mizio's Street Food, Osteria Della Suburra, Cafe Bohemien, and several others are all within a 2-minute walk from the studio. The host provides a list of recommended local spots, making it easy to find a good meal. For a quick breakfast, the private garden or terrace is a pleasant spot to have coffee.
