The neighbourhood is lively with many shops, a large supermarket (Lidl is a 2-minute walk), a shopping centre (Centro Comercial Rio), and several restaurants and tapas bars. Madrid Rio park is very close, just across the river. While the area is convenient, street noise can be noticeable; apartments have double-glazed windows that reduce sound.

Each apartment is an exterior unit with a French balcony, providing natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary utensils. The bedrooms are compact; the space is best suited for sleeping and basic living. Beds are comfortable, but the sofa bed is in poor condition and not recommended for regular use. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has the sofa bed. There are two bathrooms per apartment. Noise insulation between adjacent apartments is limited, and sounds from neighbours can be heard. Some units have had issues with shower drainage and occasional moisture or humidity.

The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals: a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils. A Lidl supermarket is a 2-minute walk, and a Mercadona is about 8 minutes away. There are numerous dining options within walking distance, including tapas bars, a Papa John's pizza place across the street, and several local restaurants like La Casa del Pulpo and Restaurante La Perla Boliviana. For those who prefer to eat out, the area offers a good variety of cuisines nearby.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the apartment. Access to the building and apartment is managed through a mobile app (Mit House), which provides a code for the electronic lock. While convenient, the app and lock have been reported as occasionally unreliable, potentially causing difficulty entering the property.
