The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Wenceslas Square, the National Museum, and the main shopping and entertainment areas. Public transport connections are excellent: the metro and tram stops are nearby, and walking to the historic centre takes roughly 20 minutes. Prague Congress Centre is one metro stop away. The area is also safe for late-night returns, with many restaurants and cafés within a short walk. Parking requires an advance reservation and is available off-site in a garage with a height limit of 1.9 metres.

Rooms are classically decorated with carpeted floors and feature a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, and allergy-friendly bedding. Standard double rooms (14 m2) overlook the quiet street or courtyard. COMFORT rooms on the 4th floor are larger (16-20 m2) and include a Nespresso machine, tea set, fridge, and a smart TV with HDMI/USB ports. Triple rooms (21 m2) have blackout curtains and can accommodate up to three adults plus a cot. All rooms have a hairdryer and electric kettle. Some rooms are air-conditioned, but not all; those visiting in summer should request a room with AC. The shower in standard bathrooms is compact - COMFORT rooms have more generous bathrooms. Rooms facing the rear courtyard tend to be quieter.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of both Czech and continental items, with fresh pastries, fruit, and good coffee. The selection changes regularly, so staying multiple days provides variety. Breakfast can be taken as a packed meal if ordered 24 hours in advance from reception. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but several dining options are within a five-minute walk, including IF Cafe, Pizzeria Einstein, and Kozlovna Tylak. A breakfast-only rate costs an extra 240 CZK per person.

A 24-hour front desk is staffed during the day, with self-check-in instructions provided for arrivals after 11 PM. The reception team can arrange airport transport (850 CZK), sightseeing tours, taxi booking, and sell public transport tickets and stamps. Two meeting rooms are available: a 37 m2 option with natural light and terrace access (free flipcharts and data projector), and a smaller, fully air-conditioned room with wheelchair access. Daily housekeeping is included; laundry and fax services cost extra. The lobby has a computer with internet and a small gallery selling handmade Czech jewellery.
