The property is set in the historic Rattanakosin area, within easy walking distance of Bangkok's most famous temples - Wat Pho, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and the Grand Palace are all about 600-700 metres away. Khao San Road is roughly a 15-minute walk, and the Temple of the Golden Mount and Bangkok National Museum are also nearby. The nearest metro station (MRT Sam Yot) is approximately 600 metres away as well, offering a direct connection to the airport by train. For those arriving at Don Mueang International Airport, a fixed-price taxi service is available from the hostel for 600 THB. Due to the narrow streets and limited parking, walking or using public transport is the most practical way to explore.

All rooms are air-conditioned. Dormitories feature pod-style beds with privacy curtains, a personal reading light, and an electrical outlet. Lockers are located in the corridors outside the rooms and are suitable for small items only, not large backpacks. Since rooms are compact and there is no dedicated in-room luggage storage, backpacks may need to be kept on the floor or even on the lower bunk. The private double room has a double bed, shared bathroom, and air conditioning. All bathrooms are communal, with one shower and one toilet per gender per floor. Sinks are located in the hallway. An in-room hair dryer is provided. While some rooms have windows, others do not; rooms facing the street can be quite noisy throughout the night. There is no lift in the building.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 and is a buffet-style meal. The on-site restaurant, Alice Cafe, serves Thai cuisine for brunch and lunch, with opening hours from 09:00 to 17:00 daily. In the evening, the cafe area remains open as a social space with a fridge, sink, and utensils for guest use. Several cafes and restaurants are also within a short walking distance.

The swimming pool is located across the street at a neighboring hotel and is open all year. The hostel also features a rooftop terrace with a seating area and garden furniture, offering a place to relax and views of the surrounding area. Free morning yoga classes are sometimes available at 08:00-09:00 on the rooftop. The property has a garden with a koi pond, and board games and puzzles are available for guest use.

Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the hostel. The 24-hour front desk provides tour desk services, ticket booking, luggage storage, and can arrange a fixed-price taxi to the airport (600 THB). Daily housekeeping is included. Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are available on the rooftop at an additional charge.
