HOME D'ELITE TREVI FOUNTAIN, Rome

The apartment is on a pedestrian-only street behind Trevi Fountain, offering immediate access to major sights like Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps on foot. Despite being steps from one of Rome's busiest landmarks, the lane itself is quiet. A bus stop nearby provides direct routes to the Vatican and Trastevere. Rome Ciampino Airport is 16 km away; airport transfer can be arranged with the host. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, gelaterias, souvenir shops, and a grocery store. The central location means most historic attractions are within a comfortable walking distance, making it ideal for first-time visitors who want to explore the city on foot.

There is no on-site restaurant, but the kitchen is stocked with cookware, a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and a welcome bottle of wine and espresso pods. Restaurants such as Il Chianti Osteria Toscana, Gelato di San Crispino, and Baccano are within 0.5 km, offering a wide variety of Italian cuisine. The pedestrian street surrounding Trevi Fountain is lined with casual eateries and takeaway options. A minimarket on site in the building provides basic groceries. This setup works well for families or groups who prefer to eat some meals in, but also have the flexibility to dine out without walking far.

Within the apartment, the garden and patio provide a quiet outdoor space to relax after sightseeing. The apartment also has board games and puzzles for entertainment. There are no pool, spa, or gym facilities, but the central location makes Rome's entire historic centre your leisure area. The garden is a particular advantage for a city-centre stay, offering a calm retreat from the busy streets.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment. Express check-in/out and self-check-in are offered, enabling flexibility for late arrivals. Luggage storage is possible before check-in and until 3 pm on checkout day. The host can arrange airport transfers upon request. Daily cleaning is available at €40 per clean. The apartment has key access, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. Pets are allowed with possible extra charges. Family amenities include cots and board games. A coffee house on site offers a welcome drink. The building is on the ground floor with no elevator needed, but the lower bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase.
