The hotel is situated in a less touristy part of Rome, yet within a short stroll of Termini-the city's main transport hub. From there, metro lines A and B, buses (including route 492 connecting to Vatican City and other landmarks), and the Leonardo Express to Fiumicino Airport are all easily accessible. Many of Rome's iconic sights, such as the Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, and Spanish Steps, can be reached on foot in 30-60 minutes. The immediate vicinity offers a wide range of affordable restaurants, cafés, and shops, including La Famiglia, Culinaria, and Gelateria La Romana.

Rooms vary in size: some are compact while others are more spacious, particularly the triple and quadruple rooms. All feature marble bathrooms with toiletries; however, the shower cubicles are noted for being small. Beds are comfortable, and daily housekeeping ensures cleanliness. Minibars are provided in all rooms. A flat-screen TV, alarm clock, and heating are standard. For families, connecting rooms are available but must be booked well in advance. Rooms on higher floors tend to be quieter, though some noise from corridors and early morning deliveries may be heard. Rooms with a private terrace offer outdoor seating and city views.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, and filter coffee. Espresso can be requested from the staff. Breakfast hours are until 9:30. The selection is basic, and fresh fruit is typically available as fruit salad rather than whole fruit. For early departures, a takeaway breakfast can be arranged upon request.
