Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km away; a bus stop right outside serves airport routes. The Colosseum is a 20-minute walk (2 km) and the historic centre is easily reached on foot or by metro. A large supermarket (Tigre on Via Marsala) is a 2-3 minute walk, and numerous trattorias, restaurants, and food markets are within 300 metres. The area is busy and well-lit, with a constant flow of people, contributing to a secure feeling even at night.

The apartment sleeps up to three people across a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a dining area, flat-screen TV, and parquet floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and all cookware - plus extras like olive oil, salt, pepper, tea, and cleaning products. The bathroom has a shower, good water pressure, constant hot water, and a heated towel rack. The washing machine is a practical bonus. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings, Venetian glass decorations, and large windows providing natural light and fresh air. Radiators keep it warm in winter. Despite being next to the station, the unit is surprisingly quiet at night.

The apartment does not offer a restaurant, bar, or breakfast of its own. However, the fully equipped kitchen - with stovetop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator - makes self-catering easy, and nearby supermarkets (Tigre and Conad) are within a 2-3 minute walk. Within 300 metres there are at least eight restaurants serving Italian, Chinese, Korean, and Roman cuisine, including Trattoria Giovanni di Valentino, Ristorante Hua Qiao, and Alfredo Ristorante. Budget-friendly Turkish eateries are also available nearby. The apartment includes coffee, olive oil, and basic pantry items to help you get started.

There are no leisure facilities within the apartment building. However, the location directly at Termini gives quick access to walking tours, hop-on hop-off buses, and all major sights including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Trevi Fountain. A gym is located nearby. The apartment itself is a comfortable base with high ceilings and charming decor, ideal for relaxing between sightseeing.
