The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and well-served, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery within a few minutes' walk. The area also includes an ice-skating rink. Multiple dining options are nearby, including Pork'n'Roll Pub (0.5 km) and various Italian restaurants within 300 metres.
