The hotel's position on the ground floor of mixed-use buildings can mean some rooms are in adjacent blocks rather than the main hotel, so confirming the exact building at check-in is advisable.

Room types include the Rover Room (compact, with a double bed), the Rover Room with Terrace (offering city views), and the Rover Family Room (spacious, with a double bed and an extra bed for a child). Studio apartments and one-bedroom apartments feature kitchenettes with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. All units include a safe, wardrobe, and carpeted flooring. Some rooms have balconies with city views. The accommodation is spread across multiple low-rise buildings; rooms on the ground floor may be near service areas and can experience noise from nearby facilities.
