ROVE JBR, Dubai

The hotel is located in the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) area, a lively waterfront district. The Walk at JBR is less than 1 km away, and Marina Beach is 2 km distant. Burj Al Arab Tower and Mall of the Emirates are within 10 km, while Al Maktoum International Airport is 26 km away. A metro station is nearby, and taxis are readily available, making car-free exploration easy. The area is walkable, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and a children's playground within the immediate vicinity. The hotel's position on the ground floor of mixed-use buildings can mean some rooms are in adjacent blocks rather than the main hotel, so confirming the exact building at check-in is advisable.

The Daily restaurant is open daily from 06:00 to 23:00. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 12:30 and includes a buffet with made-to-order dishes such as eggs, waffles, and French toast. The à la carte menu for other meals features international dishes, with halal, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. The restaurant also serves wine and champagne (additional charge) and offers a kids' menu. Although the restaurant is the only on-site dining option, the immediate JBR Walk area has hundreds of restaurants and cafés within a short walk. Room service is available until 18:00.

The outdoor pool is open year-round from 11:00 to 21:30, with sun loungers and beach towels provided. The pool deck is limited, with about 10 loungers, and can be shared with residents of adjacent buildings. The fitness centre is open 06:00-23:00 and includes a range of equipment. For beach access, the hotel offers free entry to Cove Beach, a private beach club about 5-7 minutes' walk away. A complimentary buggy shuttle runs regularly but may involve waiting time during peak periods. At Cove Beach, sun loungers and towels are included, but food and drink must be purchased on site. The hotel also provides complimentary access to the nearby UFC Gym. A games room with table tennis and board games is available on site.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Free private parking is provided on site (no reservation needed), and valet parking is included. The 24-hour front desk can arrange currency exchange, lockers, and laundry services (additional charge). Daily housekeeping is free and includes replenishment of water, tea, and coffee. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, with features such as emergency cords in bathrooms, lower sinks, grab rails, and accessible parking. Safety features include key card access, CCTV, smoke alarms, and a safety deposit box (free). Luggage storage is complimentary. A Carrefour supermarket is located on the third floor of the building. Meeting rooms are not available on site. The hotel does not accept pets.
