SLEEPOVER TERMINAL 3, CONCOURSE A - FORMERLY SLEEP 'N FLY, Dubai

The sleep lounge is positioned within the secure transit zone of Terminal 3, meaning no visa is needed to access it. It is directly opposite Gate A1, and the surrounding area offers duty-free shops, a prayer room, and several restaurants and cafes within a 0.5 km walk. The location is ideal for connecting passengers who want to rest without leaving the airport. For those arriving at other terminals, a short transfer via the airport's internal train system is required, and clear directions are essential as the lounge can be difficult to find initially.

The Igloo Pod measures 74 cm wide by 200 cm long, featuring a flat-bed recline, dimmable LED lighting, USB/power sockets, and a folding table. It is compact and best suited for solo travellers who want privacy. The YAWN Cabin is a 4 m² lockable room with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, bedding, reading lights, and a fold-down table. A pull-out mattress drawer (125 x 55 cm) is available for a child under 7 years for an additional charge. Both options have air conditioning, but temperature control is not individual, and the spaces can feel cold. Soundproofing is limited; noise from other pods and the concourse is a common issue. The cabins are compact, and the double bed may be tight for two average-sized adults.

Sleepover does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service. A selection of restaurants and cafes, such as Cosi, Giraffe, and Treehouse Juicery, are within a 0.5 km walk inside the terminal. Passengers planning a longer stay should plan to eat at these outlets before or after their rest period. Duty-free shops are also nearby for snacks and drinks.

The lounge focuses exclusively on sleeping and resting. There is no wellness centre or leisure area. For a shower, paid facilities are available a short walk away within the terminal. A smoking lounge is located nearby in the terminal.

Internet access is complimentary throughout the public areas. Luggage storage is free and available at the reception; bags can also be kept securely inside the locked cabin or pod. A guide and escort service can be arranged for an additional charge. The front desk is staffed around the clock. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or Discover. Daily housekeeping is free, and fax/photocopying is available at an extra charge. There are no private bathrooms, and the airport's public toilets and paid showers are the only sanitation options nearby.
