The apartment is well placed for both beach days and city exploration. Midi Beach is within walking distance, while the Palais des Festivals is a 20-minute drive or a quick bus trip from the stop outside the building. The nearby train station (7-8 minutes on foot) connects directly to Nice, making day trips straightforward. Secure private parking is included, which is a notable advantage in this area. A variety of fast-food restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are within a short walk, supporting a car-free or self-catering stay.

The accommodation sleeps up to four people with one double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The building has a lift, and the apartment is equipped with soundproof walls, air conditioning, and heating for comfort. The hosts are contactable and helpful, though they primarily speak French; coordinating check-in details in advance via messaging is recommended. Luggage handling and specific housekeeping schedules are not offered, but the apartment is consistently reported as very clean and well-stocked with cleaning products and toiletries.
