Major landmarks within easy reach include Sensoji Temple (2 km), Tokyo Skytree (3 km), and Ueno Park (15 minutes on foot). Haneda Airport is 19 km away (around 33 minutes by car). Several convenience stores (7-Eleven, Family Mart) and restaurants are within a few hundred metres. The neighbourhood is quiet at night, supporting restful sleep. No parking is available, so public transport is the recommended way to get around.

Room configurations range from Compact Double and Twin rooms (optimal for 2-4 persons) to larger Maisonette Twin and Triple units (up to 6 persons). Only the Large Double Room with Sofa Bed is on the first floor; all other rooms require climbing stairs as there is no elevator. Each room features soundproof walls, free Wi-Fi, an IH cooktop and electric kettle, but no cookware or utensils are supplied. A shared microwave is available on the first floor. The living area typically includes a sofa; there is no separate dining table, so meals are often eaten on the sofa or low counter.
