The apartment sits on a quiet, low-traffic residential street with few pedestrians. Joaquin Sorolla Train Station is a 5-minute walk away, and Norte Train Station is 18 minutes on foot. Valencia Airport is 9 km away. A metro station is 150 metres away, and a bus stop is within 2 minutes, providing direct connections to the city centre (approx. 20 minutes by bus). Nearby attractions include the González Martí National Museum of Ceramics (3 km) and Turia Gardens (4 km). The area is well served by supermarkets, fast food, and several bars/restaurants within 0.5 km. On-street parking is free but very difficult to find; the nearest public car park is a short walk away but cannot be reserved.

Each apartment features one separate bedroom plus a living area with sofa beds, accommodating up to 8 people. The private bathroom is large and modern, with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, washing machine, ironing facilities, and soundproofed rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker. Some units have no windows-the only natural light comes from a glass door overlooking the pavement, which is often kept covered for privacy. A few units have a quiet street view. The furniture is basic (IKEA-style) and sofa beds require self-made bedding. The bedrooms have one double bed; the remaining beds are sofa beds in the living area.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout. Check-in is via a private code and is contact-free; express check-out is also available. Luggage storage can be arranged for an additional charge, but early bag drop must be requested directly on the day of arrival. A refundable deposit of €150 per apartment is collected at check-in. Pets are allowed for an extra €25. Public parking is available nearby (free but unreservable and limited). Safety features include key card access, CCTV outside, and smoke alarms.
