The bedroom bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is very low, hard, and uncomfortable - even for one person. The living room sofa bed gets direct sunlight from 7 am, which is hard to block. The apartment features parquet floors, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air conditioning, and heating. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and a washing machine. Bathroom maintenance has been noted as worn, with a loose toilet lid and a shower handle that can detach. Hot water in the shower lasts about one minute before running cold. Window ventilation is possible, and the building is soundproofed for a quiet stay.
